Description

Suma Multi D2 is a concentrated all purpose detergent for cleaning of hard surfaces in food premises, including floors, walls, doors, ceilings and general equipment. Key properties Suma Multi D2 is a mild alkaline liquid detergent suitable for manual cleaning of all surfaces in the kitchen. It is very effective for removal of grease and dried-on food. The sequestrant in the formulation makes it suitable for all water conditions and does support cleaning performance. Spray cleaning:

1.  Minimum recommended dosage of 5ml* to 750 ml of water into a spray bottle.

2.  Spray surface with solution and clean with damp cloth.

3.  Rinse food contact surfaces with clean water and allow to air dry.

General cleaning:

1.  Minimum recommended dosage of 5ml/l* of hand warm water.

2.  Clean surfaces using cloth, brush or mop system.

3.  Rinse food contact surfaces with clean water and allow to air dry.

Floor cleaning:

1.  Minimum recommended dosing of 5ml/l* in hot water.

2.  Apply solution with mop.

3.  Remove dirt with the mop.
