Credit application

To apply for a credit account with VJ Distributors Ltd , please complete the Credit Account Application and Direct Debit Authority forms attached to this document.

By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Terms of Trade and Credit Terms , which form an integral part of this contract.

Submission Process

• Complete the Documentation: Please ensure all relevant sections of the attached forms are filled out accurately to avoid processing delays.
• Personal Guarantee: Note that for company applications, directors or shareholders owning at least 15% of shares may be held personally liable for the customer’s obligations.
• Submit via Email: Once signed and witnessed where required , please return the scanned documents to our accounts team at admin@vjdist.co.nz.
• Credit Verification: Upon receipt, we may disclose your information to a credit agency to perform a standard credit check.
